Terms of Service

1. Reservations

• A reservation is confirmed when you receive written confirmation.
• Rates and availability may change until your booking is confirmed.
• You must provide accurate guest and contact information.

2. Age and occupancy policies

Guests must comply with the age, occupancy, and identification policies stated in their selected rate, listing, and written confirmation.

3. Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur fees when available.

4. Cancellation

Direct-booking cancellation requests require hotel review; contact the hotel before booking for applicable cancellation, no-show, and early-departure terms. OTA bookings follow the policy displayed by that booking channel.

5. Payments

Deposits and balances are due as stated in your confirmation. Prices are in CRC unless otherwise noted.

6. Tours and extras

Tours and add-ons depend on availability, weather, and park rules. Some activities require separate park tickets unless explicitly included.

7. Guest conduct

Guests must respect staff, other guests, wildlife, and local laws. We may end a stay without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

8. Liability

Outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
